Our hotel is located "downtown" which is the inland part of Cancun. Located across the street from Puerto Cancun's main entrance, *still under construction. The best areas are the ones East of Ave. Tulum and the closer to Puerto Cancun, the better. Main square is where the bus station is located. West of Ave Tulum is the oldest part of town and naturally a bit run down. High-end restaurants and boutiques are relocating to Ave. Bonampak which with the inminent opening of Puerto Cancun, will be prime location.

This is Kukulcan fountain intersection of Av.Bonampak and Av. Kululcan which is the hotel zone boulevard. Bonampak is the first Ave. coming into Cancun from the hotel zone. 8 miles from Cancun's airport.

A deposit to cover posible loss or damage is required at check in, either $ 100 usd. cash or open credit card voucher

AT THE AIRPORT: BEWARE of anyone that tries to trap you with free or reduced services. NOTHING is for free in this world , what they offer you is a "bait" so you fall into a booby trap. Time sharing people will offer you free cars and tours and nights , meals etc. in exchange for YOUR TIME ( they are very creative). You should take in account that while on vacation YOUR TIME is the most precious thing you have. DO NOT PAY ATENTION TO THE PEOPLE AT THE AIRPORT. If after you have rested you are sure that you want to play their game you will have the oportunity since this offers are at hand THE REST OF YOUR ENTIRE VACATION.

IF anyone offers you another hotel is becouse they get commissions which of course will come out of your pocket. They will tell you many things in order to trap you , like we cannot charge you if you do not show up. Well, WE DO CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NOT SHOW ! once we have taken a unit out of the market it IS SOLD ! They will also tell you that our hotel is horrible or anything that will give them oportunity for collecting commissions from other hotels. TRANSPORTATION FROM CANCUN AIRPORT * 8 miles from our hotel.
It is so well organized and easy that it is NOT WORTH to pay extra money to have a special airport pick up. ( if the driver "forgets" to meet you at the airport, it will cause you more confusion than benefit) Ticket booths are just a few steps after you clear customs.

PRIVATE TAXIS $ 40 dlls will take you direclty to our hotel in just 15 min.

COLLECTIVE VANS: is a DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE, they will parade you through all the hotel strip ( kind of a city tour) leaving customers along the way.
Don't let the driver trick you that the service ends up at the city hall or some place else downtown, we are just two blocks from the city hall and our street is a VERY important Avenue in Cancun , it shouldn't be difficult for the driver to find us.

BUS SHUTTLE: aprox $3.50 usd but you have to walk to the bus parking lot at the airport and then from the bus depot downtown you will either have to walk 300yds dragging your luggage or take a taxi for another $3 usd. If $2.50usd savings is not a significant amount in your budget, it is better to take the van.

Have our WHOLE address handy so you can show it to the driver. There are several # 51 on Ave Bonampak , one in each Supermanzana ( neighborhood ). Our Supermanzana is 2 A.

DRIVING TO " EL PATIO "
If you are renting a car at the airport and plan to drive to our place, have the clerk at the rental company show you in a map where we are.
The airport road transforms into Ave. Tulum ( main downtown Ave.) and Ave. Bonampak is two blocks parallele ( east) to Ave. Tulum. first Ave. going east is Ave. Nader , second Ave. east is Ave. Bonampak .
If you are coming from the hotel zone ( beaches) , Bonampak is the first Ave you will find coming in from the hotel zone, turn right (north) you will find us half a mile from the intersection. Between Ave. Uxmal and Ave.Garcia de la Torre.
The Howard Johnson is in Ave. Uxmal and Ave.Nader and the Radisson is in Ave Nader and Ave. Garcia de la Torre

Rooms should be paid at check in. A posible loss or damage deposit is required.
IN ARRIVALS BEFORE 7 PM. we accept Visa , Master Card .
After 8 PM :CASH PAYMENT ONLY. Sorry,no discounts apply in late check in, full price + tax . Our night shift does not have access to credit card terminal therefore we cannot accept credit card for payment in late check in . PLEASE HAVE THE CASH WITH YOU.
Deposit in late check in : Passport that will be returned to guest next morning .

If you have deposited in our account please have with you the proof of deposit .
Please take note that traveler checks are not accepted.
